An interactive webinar about working in hot weather. Topics of discussion will be recognizing the early signs of hot weather injuries, identifying factors that may impact our body’s reaction to hot weather, and tips for staying safe in hot environments.

Life and work are full of stressful situations. Join us for about an hour to learn about the potential impacts of stress on our health and hear about various strategies and techniques from the area of mindfulness that may help us in these situations. We will apply one or more of these strategies during the hour.
